• Connect the wires from the new fan to the corresponding wires in the ceiling. Typically, this involves connecting black or red to black or red, white to white, and green or bare to the grounding wire.

• Install any included light bulbs or shades.

• Turn the power back on at the circuit breaker or fuse box.
